Enquiries and business correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments and any name or business details you provide. We use these to answer you, discuss requested services and manage our business relationship. Please do not send passwords, playlist credentials or information unrelated to your enquiry.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and communicating with clients and potential clients. Where you personally request steps towards a contract or are a party to one, we also process information as necessary for those steps or the contract. We retain information required by applicable legal obligations where those obligations arise.
Website operation
Our hosting provider, hosting.com, processes technical request information to deliver and protect the websites, such as IP addresses, request times, requested resources and browser information. The hosting account also provides aggregate traffic statistics. Our interest in running reliable and secure websites is the basis for this processing. We do not add advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or tracking cookies to these websites.
Who receives information
We use hosting.com for website and email hosting. It processes information involved in delivering, securing and supporting those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Contact us if you need details about the arrangements relevant to your information. We do not claim that all service-provider processing takes place exclusively in the UK.
Retention
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to and resolve the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping or legal-claims needs. The relevant criteria are whether the matter remains open, whether an ongoing client relationship requires the information, and whether a legal retention requirement or unresolved dispute applies. Hosting and security information is subject to the provider’s applicable service-retention arrangements. We do not promise that such logs are deleted immediately.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its processing, or receive it in a portable form. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions.
