Delete your Nodus IPTV data

Local profiles are not online accounts

The reviewed LG build does not create a Nodus online account. Profiles, provider credentials and viewing records are kept in the app’s storage on your TV. Nodus cannot remotely remove those local records. A login supplied by an IPTV provider belongs to that provider; deleting it from the app does not close the provider’s account.

Remove information on your TV

1. Delete a playlist to remove its saved details, credentials and catalogue.
2. Delete a profile in Manage profiles to remove its history, favourites and preferences.
3. Delete saved restore points separately in Settings; they can contain copies of profile information.
4. Use Remove in the subtitle menu to remove a title’s saved subtitles.
5. Use Clear movie insights cache in Manage profiles to remove saved insights. This does not remove separately retained kids-profile age ratings.
6. Turning off the programme guide stops future downloads for that playlist. Delete the playlist to remove its saved guide data.

Use these controls before uninstalling. Uninstalling is not a promise of secure erasure. Contact support if a remaining data category cannot be removed with the controls above; do not send credentials.
